Important Notice

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we're committed to customer satisfaction.

1. General Policy

As we sell digital products (software licenses, game keys, and digital services), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once a product key or license has been delivered and revealed, it cannot be returned or refunded under normal circumstances.

Product Sourcing: All our products are sourced from verified marketplace partners including G2A Goldmine, Eneba, and Keysforgames. We verify each key before delivery to ensure it works correctly. If you receive a faulty or invalid key, we will replace it or issue a refund according to this policy.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Invalid Product Key: If the product key provided is invalid or already used
  • Wrong Product: If you received a different product than what you ordered
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
  • Technical Issues: If the product is fundamentally broken and cannot be fixed
  • Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your product within 24 hours of payment confirmation

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the product key has been revealed
  • Compatibility issues with your system (please check requirements before purchase)
  • You found the product cheaper elsewhere after purchase
  • You violated the product's terms of service and got banned
  • You shared or resold the product key

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team via the Contact page or email within 48 hours of purchase
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product name, and detailed explanation of the issue with supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
  3. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  4. Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Cryptocurrency: Refunded to the same wallet address (minus transaction fees)
  • Yape/Binance Pay: Refunded to the same account

Note: Transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Chargebacks

Please do not initiate a chargeback without contacting us first. Chargebacks are considered fraud and will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Revocation of all product keys and licenses
  • Permanent ban from our services
  • Possible legal action

We are committed to resolving all legitimate issues. Please give us the opportunity to help you before taking such action.

7. Exchanges

In some cases, we may offer product exchanges instead of refunds. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is at our sole discretion.
